"No street or on-site parking available. Nearest parking is public lots about one to two blocks uphill to the west of Hotel. Considerable wait (about 25 minutes) getting a parking space in October, can't imagine trying to park during peak season. That said, pavement and sidewalks were reasonably navigable for wheeled luggage. Hotel entrance is off narrow side street connecting between Mediteranska and Pedestrian Esplanade. Room with view of mountains and water. Rather plain furnishings and decor, but clean. Attached Hemingway Restaurant with bar, kitchen, restrooms, and indoor and patio dining. Very popular location for tourists and locals. Less than three blocks from harbor and Budva Old Town. Breakfast was above average. Dining inside Hemingway's was relaxing refuge away from constant bustle of fronting pedestrian thoroughfare. Would recommend Majestic for laid-back atmosphere, views and convenience to harbor and historical sites."
