Then I requested to speak with the manager. The manager was amazing to conduct the situation perfectly. But I was upset about the mini fridge request but not provided. Also the valet person at the return my car was very unprofessional. Very disappointed at the situation he put me truly.」

「For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
