Beautiful 4bed, 3 bath-Vineyard home by UVU, BYU and Provo Canyon

"This was a nice property. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable to stay in. There was a slight animal odor. However, that is to be expected in a home that allows pets. The managers were very nice and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again."

"Well maintained, beautiful home with lots of space! It was perfect for our daughter’s wedding! The bridesmaids all enjoyed the bunk bed room. One last friend sleepover before the bride got married!! "
"I was really excited to find this condo last minute in such a great location in Vineyard. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Upon arrival, we found the owner’s wet clothes still in the washing machine, which was pretty off-putting. The kitchen was also very understocked. For a listing that claims to sleep 5, there weren’t even enough plates, bowls, cups, or silverware for everyone. Basic kitchen tools were missing—including kitchen knives, towels, and a can opener. There was also a surprising lack of essentials for a two-week stay. We were provided with very limited toilet paper, paper towels, and no basic cleaning supplies. The vacuum appeared to have never been emptied and was not usable in its condition. If you’re planning to work from the condo, be aware that the upstairs neighbors have a dog that barks throughout the day and into the evening. You can hear everything from footsteps to voices and flushing toilets. On top of that, the WiFi was unreliable, frequently dropping out, with no signal in the bedrooms—making it especially difficult for remote work. While the outdoor areas initially looked enjoyable, they were overrun with bugs and not really usable. Despite reaching out to the property manager, Evolve, and VRBO during our stay, none of our concerns were addressed. The location is definitely a highlight, but the condition and management of the property left a lot to be desired."
"Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird"
"I had my first VRBO canceled by the host 48 hours before my 5 day trip to Utah. I was stressed out. This property was available and honestly I am super glad my first choice was canceled. This place is incredible. The location was less than a mile from my daughter’s place who attends UVU Each of us had our own bathroom and the beds were super comfy. I will stay here again if it’s available down the road. Check in and check out we’re seamless and the owner was very helpful and responsive There is so much space and a garage! We could walk to breakfast in the morning and ice cream in the evening. Fantastic location I am so thankful my stay was incredible. Thank you!"
"The property was clean when we arrived, and suitable for our family consisting of two adults two teens, and our little french bulldog. There was no pet smell whatsoever upon entering, nor was there any pet hair or stains visible to us. There is a small back yard that is fenced off, the fence opens up to a park area, which is a perfect set up for kids and pets. We were a little bummed that the refrigerator and dryer were not working, but thankfully there was a refrigerator in the garage (access just off the kitchen) that we were able to use. We were also glad to be able to use the garage during our stay, with extra garage remotes, it came in handy during cold and rainy weather. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed safe. We did not have to contact the host much, but when we did they responded quickly. There were minor cosmetic flaws throughout the home, however none of which affected our comfort or our stay. "
