「If you want a quaint, MV type motel, this is the place! It is adorable. We had a great view of the harbor and all the activities! The room was small but super clean and comfortable. Everything was pristine. There are great food options nearby. We ate at the Black Dog Bakery, ArtCliff Diner (great breakfast) and the Net Result. All served great food. The bus terminal is really close by for any transportation needs. Would definitely stay again!」

「We loved our stay at the Town and Beach Hotel! Virginia, the owner, was so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and right in the heart of shopping and dining in beautiful coastal Falmouth. I was there on a girl's trip with a friend and the location was so convenient ~ just a 15 minute walk to the ferry dock where we departed for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. I would stay with Virginia again! 」

「Very basic accommodations. Our family enjoyed our room. Very, very clean, great service, were able to get everything we needed easily, refigerator and microwave in good working order, bright lighting, bathroom VERY clean, and all room/bathroom accessories functioned well. Nice hot water shower. No frills but great place to sleep/rest comfortably in very clean room environment. Close access to many places with life necessities you might need. 「If the office is any indication, This property is just awful, dirty and smelly! Very seedy to say the least. We did not end up staying here as they do not recognize Expedia reservations. Although I was irritated by this, it was certainly a blessing in disguise! I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.」
