We stayed during the New Year and before they left, they made food already for us. It was very nice to them because everything was closed, no Uber and we had a baby. I forgot my diamond bracelet when I checked out. I asked Giuliana and she immediately looked after and went to our new hotel and gave it back it to me after her...

「Charming hotel where you are treated like family. Jose curated an amazing itinerary for us before we even arrived. From cozy wine tastings in front of the fire to made to order breakfast, the staff exceeded our expectations at every turn especially when my husband became ill. Their concern and care was so appreciated. Our visit to Mendoza was way too short, but we will definitely return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! 」
