「A great little apartment in the heart of Avranches. Clean, quiet and well equipped, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, a portable A/C in the living room. No A/C upstairs and it can get very hot.The apartment is on the first floor with stairs, and then the stairs to the kids bedroom are steep.Easy access by car from the A84 highway, free street parking at night and free unlimited parking at the church 1 block away. Quick access by car to the Mont Saint-Michel, and other touristic areas....

「The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was really clean and beautifully decorated. It is very well equipped having everything you could need for your stay. What was a nice surprise was it had tea and coffee and a small pantry of things available if needed. Emilie was particularly thoughtful knowing it was hot and we’d had a long drive she put fans in the property and some cold water in the fridge too for our arrival. 「Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé, le jacuzzi est un avantage mais la filtration fait beaucoup de bruit, il faudrait aussi un mode d'emploi pour le jacuzzi.On peut regretter des oreillers qui sentent mauvais et l'alarme incendie au dessus de vous quand vous êtes au lit.L'hôte est très réactif et de contact très agréable.」
