"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. "He estado como en casa, la casa es muy acogedora, Miguel es un fantástico anfitrión. Tienes de todo cerca desde ir con tus hijos a las colchonetas a 3km en coche, como al Centro dé Pontevedra a 3km, ir al río, a la playa o a la montaña. Hacer una barbacoa para los tuyos, etc… Vamos mi familia y yo os lo recomendamos para pasar unos fantásticos días. Un saludo."

"El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la cocina es amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar durante tu estancia. Encontramos todo limpio, aunque se olvidaron de barrer o aspirar el suelo. Y si no pongo 5 estrellas es porque hubiera deseado que fuera un poco más acogedor y no haber tenido frío dentro del piso. Al llegar pedimos que subieran un grado el termoestato (a 23•C) y lo hicieron por un rato, pero luego lo volvieron a apagar y el segundo día seguía sintiéndose frio...

"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones fantásticas. Éramos tres matrimonios con niños. La casa es ideal para disfrutar en familia. La piscina, la pista de pádel, la “discoteca”, la barbacoa, etc., hacen que el tiempo se te pase volando. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Our family group of up to 10 people at one stage had plenty of space to relax, while the pool was a real hit with the children, as indeed was the table tennis table when the adults let them near it.
