Holiday Home "Junco" with Garden, Loggia & Wi-Fi

In Villasimius, in the south of Sardinia, the wonderful holiday house Junco is situated in a quiet residential area. The 2-storey accommodation enchants guests with its country style interior and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms. Therefore the house can accommodate up to 15 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fireplace and TV. A high chair, baby bed, cot, playground, toys and children's books as well as the optional childcare make the accommodation particularly family-friendly. The absolute highlight, however, is the fenced and beautiful private outdoor area of the property. Have breakfast together on the loggia while you make plans for the day, relax in the open space surrounded by Mediterranean lush greenery or have a barbecue with your loved ones in the evening. Outdoor showers and a children's pool provide the necessary cooling on hot summer days. A supermarket is only a short walk (350 m) from the accommodation and restaurants are within 500 m. The sandy beach Spiaggia di Simius is 3.1 km away, where fine sand and turquoise water provide Caribbean flair. Bicycles and beach equipment are available and you have access to a tennis court.
