"The good stuff… The housekeeper is very friendly and located close by. Check in was easy and the walk is straightforward from the train station. There is a grocery store just down the road as well. Restaurants line the walk to the location. The bad… The temperature is great with the windows open. The mosquitos love it. They invaded with a hateful vengeance. We lost two people the first night, leaving a third in critical condition. Come morning we bought arms and launched a full counter attack....

"This was a comfortable place to stay away from the crowds. The neighborhood is authentic and not a tourist location, and we found some great dinner and gelato places nearby, along with a nice walking/biking path. The apartment is simple with no frills, but had what we as a family needed. The host was very friendly and helpful! We did get tired of riding the T1 tram 10-15 min in and out of Venice each day but this is part of the choice to stay here."

"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! "During our trip around several cities of northern Italy, this hotel was by far our favorite. We wished we had booked longer! Their pricing was amazing and quality was outstanding. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The high end dining was extremely affordable, convenient and one of the best meals of our trip. The bar was excellent, providing light snacks with our drinks. We used the game area to play pool while enjoying drinks. The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and sleek. Everything was up to date. All staff members were friendly, helpful and seemed genuine! I have this property saved if we ever retuen to Venice! "
