Well let's start with the negatives: the bed was not very comfortable with a poor mattress and an oversized pillow, there was no kitchen sink and no bowls except some mixing ones, no stove or even a hot plate, the shower is in a closet and the opening was only 16 to 18 inches so if you are a bigger person- sorry?
And lastly, and this one is on me, the areas is a big LGBTQ++ hot spot.... I didn't know this when I booked.
Now for the positives; the location is good for shopping and sight-seeing, the owner is pleasant and although she missed answering a few text she was pretty helpful. Hope it improves becauses it's good for the budget.
