"The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious for us as a family of four but there was a smell coming from the the room that unfortunately, even after the staff tried resolving the problem - it didn’t go away!"

From the concierge staying in touch for our room, the front desk helping with our bags, room service fast and courteous, and our room had magnificent views, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our dinner at Nui was excellent with wonderful service. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the fitness center a bit and the decor could use a refresh but otherwise I would come back again anytime! Truly amazing experience."
