"The rooms are very run down, in need of updating the bathroom, the flooring, the locks on the door. supply hangars , and kleenex , it seems like a small request, but these things mean alot! The pool area was beautiful and the landscape around the pool beautiful. They should put more care into the rooms, just felt uncomfortable and not sure clean??? "

"We appreciated the early check in, the breakfast buffet, pool area, and Frederick’s always sunny disposition, but this may be our last stay here. We found the poor WiFi extremely frustrating as we were unable to watch anything on the new Roku TV system. We briefly got it to work before it abruptly stopped. Service all over the property is poor, so I’m not sure why they’d choose to install Roku when they have unreliable service as is. Instead, we used up our own data to watch TV. Also, my fiance had to work remotely and was unable to use the property’s WiFi. When we first inquired with the front desk, the young man was not especially interested in helping. The young lady who works the front desk during the day was more helpful. Also, we had no hot water the first day and it remained spotty throughout our stay. My showers alternated between lukewarm and cold. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The property itself is clean. Breakfast is decent with a selection of options. Depending upon what else is available in the future, we will likely stay elsewhere."

"The property was clean. The staff was lovely and helpful, pool was beautiful, a bit of a walk to shops abd restaurants on 5th ave and a short drive to old naples 3rd ave."

"Nice location. Room were very worn and outdated. Windows do not open and no balcony. It’s okay for a few night, but wouldn’t stay longer than that. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Alan’s home and cannot recommend it enough! From the very beginning, Alan’s communication was exceptional. He responded incredibly quickly to every question and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience.The home itself was amazing — spotless, beautifully maintained, and with plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!).Naples Bay Resort was the perfect destination for us. The location made it so easy to get around Naples, whether we were heading to the beach, restaurants, or exploring the area. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and we practically lived in the lazy river all week — it was such a highlight for our family!We made wonderful memories here and are already talking about coming back next year — if not sooner.
