"Hotel was nice and spacious. About a 35 minute walk to the parks, staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast and free happy hour is a plus. "

"The room was clean but the shower barely had running water in the bedroom and the living room bathroom shower head was broken. The door handles to each bedroom were broken and they barely worked. Staff was kind. Breakfast was as expected and parking was easy and quick. "

"Very basic. Clean. Could use some fixing up. Repair work in rooms was horrible looking. And the stairs to fo up to your room waa not sturdy. I felt like it was gonna break everytime you stepped on it. "

"This is a great place overall. Lots of space, very comfortable and walkable to the parks (although not extremely close. It’s about a 15 minute walk). Was very, very disappointed, however, that the pool was closed for 6 weeks while we were there and we were not notified in advance. "

"The room was in unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The mattress had multiple visible stains, the bedding had yellow stains, the carpet was dirty and heavily stained, and there was black residue coming out of the bathroom sink. This is not a matter of preference — these are basic cleanliness and health concerns. I provided photo evidence and requested a refund, but it was denied. Offering $25 in compensation for these conditions is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying at this property."
