"The staff was very friendly and tried to assist us with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Shower had good water pressure and it was so easy to order food to be delivered to us from severao placed. The only issue we had was that we were not able to vet the wifi to work properly over rhe six nights we were staying at the hotel. Normally this isnt a huge issue while on vacation, bit this time, my husband needed to work at times and ended up having to head to the nearest starbucks to get any work done. The hotel staff did try to help, but were unsuccessful. Overall though, a great stay! "

"The rooms have been nicely updated, although the showers could use an update. The breakfast was good, lots of variety and very friendly breakfast staff. The pool was nice, not too busy and had lots of chairs on the deck. The biggest complaint is the hotel shuttle which is operated by a third party. It was very unreliable, the shuttle staff were not always pleasant and the wait time for shuttles was long especially during peak park times."

"Parking was tight. If you show up late they stack park you. Breakfast was simple. Employees were good. Room was clean. Surrounding area is safe and restaurants nearby. "

"Hotel was nice and spacious. About a 35 minute walk to the parks, staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast and free happy hour is a plus. "
