"We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. "We had a fabulous week at Casa Toti - winding down and taking in the beautiful scenery. Breakfast on the verandah was so stunning with such a backdrop. The property is amazing and very well equipped, but the pool is perfect! Lots to do in the area - if you want to do a lot more that lie by the pool, that is! "We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"We have family about 30 min away. The location was perfect. We did get a little lost finding the villa but the host Valerie helped us all the way. Valerie was amazing she couldn’t do any more for us. I would recommend not arriving in the dark unless you know the area. The views are amazing you could never get bored! You will need a car to get around the roads are so quiet and so smooth to drive on (we have lots of pi holes were we live). Great if you love cycling like my partner he rented a bike...

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"
