Villa Meditation is a private one-storey holiday home in quiet Orahovac, a peaceful seaside village between Kotor and Perast. The house is ideal for calm family holidays, longer stays, couples, and small groups who want privacy, space, and easy access to the Bay of Kotor.

The home has 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with a panoramic window, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a workspace, dishwasher, washing machine, and parking by the house. It comfortably hosts up to 5 guests, with a 6th guest possible by prior agreement.

Much of the stay happens outdoors. The fenced green plot is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and has a front garden with sea and bay views, plus a covered rear terrace with mountain views. Guests can enjoy breakfast outside, quiet evenings, sun loungers, a barbecue area, trampoline, table football, and space for children to play.

The sea is about 100 m away and the beach is around a 5-minute walk. Orahovac is quieter than the busy tourist centres, but Kotor is about 8 km away and Perast about 2 km away. Nearby you can find beaches, restaurants, coastal walks, and old mountain paths with beautiful views over Boka Bay.
