"Las 4 estrellas son historia. Nada que ver con lo que era El Portal. Desde que llegas te das cuenta que algo paso con el sevicio. Tienen jovenes sin preparacion en atencion al cliente. El manager del restaurant deja mucho que decir. No quiero mencionar la habitacion y el baño, necesitan remodelar y poner gente que sepa de hoteleria. No mas a ese lugar, ni lo recomiendo. "
