"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent trÚs pénibles. La literie est correct. Le personnel a l'accueil et trÚs serviable et souriant. Piscine et sauna trop petit pour le nombre d'appartements."

"Excellent setting - stunning views all around the apartments! Lovely big spacious 2 bedroom apartment - only downside was no air con during a heatwave! Had to ask to borrow 2 fans which didn’t really do much. Couldn’t leave the windows opened as we tried one night and got bitten to death by mosquitos!! Was unbearably hot but understand the apartments were built for the snow season! Otherwise, excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting. "
