Check-in was swift and seamless, offering helpful local tips and a sincere smile that made me feel instantly at home. 🍽️ Breakfast was equally impressive, served at your room, it was just fabulous. 🛏️ Room & Amenities The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and care. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind, making our trip in Milano as unique experience. 💬 Final Thoughts In a world where luxury often feels impersonal, this hotel stands out for its heart. Exceptional property, but overall experience was marred by suboptimal interactions/service. Staff seemed like they were genuinely trying, but disorganized and inexperienced. Not nearly as polished as other top hotels in Milan. Will probably stay the Mandarin Oriental, Bvlgari, or Armani again before I would return to The Portrait, which is a shame because the hard product is excellent.
