Amazing spot, very comfortable and clean

It was a family reunion and the place is so comfortable, clean and big, comfortable beds and a very big lounge and table for us to hang out and share breakfast! Walking distance to all sightseeing and the shopping st! i totally recommend this!

Beautiful property, very good location. Shower was awful and broken so wet the floor every time, and our bedroom door wouldn’t close, but apart from that we were happy with the apartment.

POSITIF: 1) Propre et relativement bien équipé 2) Suffisamment grand pour une famille de 4 personnes 3) Situé à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. NEGATIF: 1) Un panneau affiché sur les WC nous demandait de ne pas jeter de papier de toilette dans la cuvette! Pour un appartement "4 étoiles", c'est inadmissible! 2) La terrasse mentionnée n'était pas dans notre immeuble, donc inaccessible pour nous. 3) Le chauffage n'était pas réglable. Nous devions ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas avoir trop chaud, et subir les bruits de la rue.

Great location, shoddy common area, no cleaning

We stayed at Urban Flats Gonzagagasse for 4 nights in Aug 2019. We arrived very early on the first morning and we called the management who came in 30 minutes. We were able to store our luggage and come back later at 3pm to self check in. To be very honest, when we saw the 'lobby' area and the building, we wanted to cancel our booking and find another hotel. However, we had a lot of luggage and decided to wait till we saw the room. The room was fine, there was a living area with a separate bedroom and a kitchen area so the children were happy with the space and we ended up staying. There was no cleaning at all for 4 nights we were there, and the bathroom had a funky smell. This was especially odd because the hotel charged a cleaning fee of 30Euros that we paid directly to the manager. We did not see anything get cleaned. The great thing they did provide was one load of laundry for free which was very helpful. However, my daughter lost her denim shorts and I lost one sock. First world problems. This booking was the only one that I was unsure about and in the end it was fine, mainly due to the location. If you are ok with quirks, then this location should be fine to choose.

별로였던 숙소

아파트먼트 형태의 숙소로서 열쇠 전달에 관한 메일을 수차례 요구하였으나 보내지 않아 직원이 올때까지 삼십분이상 밖에서 대기함. 변기 똥자국 남아 불쾌했음. 여름에 더움을 각오해야함. 수많은 후기 남겨보았으나 이처럼 안좋은 평가 남기는건 처음임

夕方、ウィーンに到着しましたが、指定の事務所は閉まっており、近くの食堂から電話を掛けてもらい、22時にやっと担当の方と話ができました。 担当の方からは、私宛に到着時間を聞くためのメールを送ったとのことでしたが、旅行中でしたのでメールを見ておりませんでした。 ホテルと違いアパートですので、チェックインするまでの手順を、最初にきちんと示された方が良いと思います。

Perfect location, exceptional service!!

Exceptional servicea Got there early and they checked us in as soon as they could! Perfect location, walking distance to everything and public transportation around the corner. The flats itself is great, very spacious, clean and have utensils, etc in the kitchen so we were able to cook. Also comes with free laundry service! Highly recommend and would go back again when were in Vienna.

Zentrale Lage

Die Lage ist super, vor allem für Leute, welche den Bus vom und zum Flughafen nehmen. Die Appartements sind geräumig. Allerdings funktionierte der TV nicht und das WLAN hatte nur ein schwaches Signal.

Bra lägenhet, tyvärr oseriös uthyrare.

Wien var fantastiskt. Lägenheten var stor men hade endast 1 toalett. Vi hade för avsikt att vara 6 personer, så vi bokade en lägenhet som man kan sova 8 personer i. Till slut vara vi 4 personer som åkte, och tur var väl det, eftersom lägenheten endast hade 1 toalett. Det hade blivit jobbigt om man varit 8... Dessutom var han som checkade in oss oseriös. Han tog betalt för städningen, vilket var helt ok, och när vi bad att få kvitto på det skulle han ordna det. Flera veckor senare hade vi ännu inte fått kvittot trots påminnelser. Vi kontaktade hotels.com och hoppades de skulle kunna ordna kvittot åt oss, men de lyckades inte heller. Vi fick aldrig kvittot!

City Centre Apartment brilliant location

The apartment was ja short walk from Ubahn and tram stops so perfectly located. The apartment itself was modern, clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 tweens. Fully equipped with job, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and airer - even an iron and ironing board if you feel the need! Beautiful bathroom with a fabulous walk-in shower, 2 hairdryers to choose from too. Main bedroom was huge, beautifully decorated and suitably furnished, big double bed and fabulous chandelier. Central heating was excellent and you are able to adjust the temperature of each radiator to suit you. Location was brilliant too, short walk to Stephansplatz and the Hofburg palace. Supermarkets just round the corner, as well as bakeries and restaurants - which also sell the most divine ice cream sundaes! There are also nightclubs and bars on Marc Aurel Strassr, you don’t have to go far to have a good time! We had a lovely time in Vienna and would definitely use Urban Flats again.

Spacious and Great location

vienna hotel It was a pleasant stay. The location is very center of inner city Vienna, with most of the tourist spots and city airport train station within 10 minutes of walk, and a large 3-story grocery store next door. The room and kitchen and everything was clean and spacious. However, the trashcan by the toilet was not empty and there was a used disposable shampoo in the shower booth, hence the three points to the cleanliness. It’s funny that we had a chance to meet the cleaning personnel. On our checkout day, shortly (2-3 min) after 11, the cleaning guy banged our door. He was very brief, “Check out please? I need to clean the house?” The tone was a bit authoritative and bossy, something you wouldn’t expect from a hotel staff or janitor. We left promptly not to disturb him further. Anyway, we were just finding umbrellas from our luggages when he banged the door. Nonetheless, I’d give 5 point overall, and I’d like to stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

Fin lägenhet med fantastiskt läge nära centrala sevärdheter men ändå lugnt. Wien kändes som en trygg och behaglig stad att vandra i även kvällstid. Toppstandard på lägenheten.

appartement proche du centre.

appartement situé au 3eme étage d'un immeuble plutôt ancien. Bien situé proche du centre et de la station de métro. mais forte odeur de tabac, pas de cafetière malgré la présence de dosettes. Remarque faite au propriétaire et promesse de fournir une machine à café, mais rien n'a été fourni. appartement fait pour 2 et non pas pour 4, car la seconde literie est déplorable. Canapé étroit et inconfortable. Sinon la chambre est grande et correcte, bon lit. Equipement correct.
