"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"The size of the room is good for a European hotel. Clean, furniture is nice and comfortable. The balcony was wonderful to sit and relax after a long day of touring the city. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was tasty, including hot and cold options, but overpriced. The shape of the room makes it a little odd. The bed is placed against the wall and slightly smaller than a US double. If you are sharing with a friend, then it will be too close for comfort."

"This beautiful boutique hotel is very close to the Opera, Academia and other famous buildings. It’s in a quiet and safe area. The decor is unique as shown on the photos. It has small elevators and host big groups. So be prepared to wait for an elevator or you could use the well illuminated stairs. Great customer service, Debra and everyone at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. its amenities are as listed on the website. The restaurant was very chic, but pricey. So there are more...

"Excellent front desk came to immediate aid when my daughter fell quite ill from food related infection at another establishment in Vienna. They contacted and arranged a private Dr to assess and treat my daughter on site. We were thoroughly impressed. Location great for walking distance to a number of locations. I would rebook here. "
