These are basic clean rooms. Not flash but it's a great price and it's probably ideal for a short stop over. Google maps will direct you to a different location a street over , this is not the place. Use the address on the booking site . This is budget accommodation but it's in a quiet and safe area. The staff are also very friendly.

I stayed two nights and while outside was super hot weather inside the room was perfect temperature for relaxing and resting. Zero noises and clean room Personally, I would prefer to have the option to not have the cleaning person to clean the room for the day after my arrival by putting those signs on the door outside, but ok. The only problem I had was the internet connection. I was so bad almost none and that prevented me to work from my room 12 min by tram to the Stephan’s Church

Very small room but easy walk to Christmas markets. TV did not work and the owners spoke little to no English. Parking was 3 blocks away but easy in and out. I probably would stay here again but a maximum of 1 night.

Terrible people running this place - awful stay.

Horrid stay! They lied to us and it cost us a lot of money! When we firat arrived at the listed address (both via this webite and maps) there was no hotel - the address was a school. I called the phone number listed and was given a new address about a block away. They had moved! We walked down and checked in. They asked if we had a car and needed parking. We said we'd just have the car one night (Sat) as we were turning it in Sun morning. They said great, parking is free on the weekends. Sunday morning we walked outside to find a parking ticket on our car. We asked them about this (same people who told us it was free the night before) and they said we had to have a parking permit. We asked why they told us it was free parking and they tried to claim they didn't say anything of the sort. Complete lie. The ticket ended up costing us a lot of time and money. Also, when they cleaned our room, they moved all our items around, including our toiletries. Not acceptable! I don't want some stranger touching all my stuff and moving it, especially things like my toothbrush! At check-in, they also have you sign a ledger book with your important personal information and then they leave that ledger with all your information sitting unsecured on their counter for anyone to look through. With the constant threat of identity theft, I made my page disappear at some point, as I was not comfortable with anyone being able to have access to all that important information. Terrible place.

La chambre convenable. Malheureusement le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien. Il faisait meilleur dans le couloir que dans la chambre. L’hôtel est divisé en deux dans des rues différentes, dans l’une des parties aucun accueil, si on avait besoin de quelque chose il fallait sortir et se rendre à l’autre partie… Néanmoins, bien situé, à deux pas du centre, transports accessibles facilement.

Netter Aufenthalt

Die in einem Altbau gelegene Pension wird durch eine sehr bemühte Familie geführt. Die Zimmer sind teilrenoviert. Bei uns war das Bad etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir hatten es in einem Dreibettzimmer zum Innenhof hin aber schön ruhig und trotz fehlender Klimaanlage bei Temperaturen über 35 Grad aushaltbar. Das Frühstück war gut bei sehr nettem Service. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Übrigens hat die Pizzeria Da Luigi gegenüber der Pension sehr gutes Essen.

The property was in a very interesting neighborhood, close to the university, within walking distance of many of the activities in the inner stadt. The building is old and there was no air-conditioning, which was fine in the spring, but in summer that might be an issue.

Really friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic but very clean and did the job! The location was ideal, in walking distance to the city centre but in a nice area surrounded by nice restaurants and museums. Moreover, the metro station was only a few minutes away. Would stay there again.

Location of hotel was good. Close to the centre, parliament, Hofburg Palace and Opera house etc. Room was small but fine for a night. Other guests were noisy. I have no idea what was going on in the evening but lots of loud music etc which went on to 11.00pm
