The hotel was good clean and close to train station and easy to get into central London. They let me check in early. Single room is small but enough for one person. The sounds isolation was bad as one can hear people walking loud, slamming doors and moving around. Other than that the hotel is a good value for money

Lovely hotel

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. Everything was perfect — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent service. What really stood out for me was the staff at the restaurant. The hotel room was spacious and had many places to hold our travel bags and shopping bags. The bathroom was spotless and updated, but didn’t have a hook for the sprayer, which meant an awkward, sit-down shower in the tub. Great breakfast, great service. Was a little further away from the attractions than we were used to but all attractions were easy to get to by public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

The property, although older and not of a 4 or 5 star hotel rating, was Immaculately clean with staff who cared and were helpful. Rooms were serviced daily. The location was safe and 4 short Underground stops from the centre of Vienna with places of interest being easily reachable. The local area has many reasonably priced eateries. Transport was excellent as Praterstern station (a 7 minute walk from the hotel) is a main transport hub for Underground, train (including airport link), bus and tram services. Noise from these services could not be heard from the property.
