Great Place
There were five adults and the property was very comfortable for all. Easy walk to the subway or there is a bus at your door step. Great time in Vienna and the house helped make it that way.

Fabulous!
Great location. Close to bus lines and the U. Very nice little park for our 7 and 4 year old to play in and a nice running path if running is your thing. Grocery stores and pharmacies are a short bus ride away. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The front patio was a bonus as it gave our a nice to play. Last but not least, Bernd was super. Answered all of our questions immediately and was there when we needed him. We will most definitely rent Bernd’s place again on our next visit to Vienna.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Entfernung zum Zentrum optimal, keine lange Wartezeit bei öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Unterkunft optimal, es war wirklich alles was man benötigt vorhanden, der Vermieter super nett und für jede Frage sofort erreichbar. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegene, sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien, die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist neu, sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Glücklicherweise sind wir - auch aufgrund der vorherigen Rezensionen- mit der Bahn angereist, so brauchten wir uns keine Gedanken um das Parken zu machen. Die U-Bahn Linie U3 ist ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt, und man ist in wenigen Stationen am Stephansdom. Das war großartig. Abends haben wir nach langen Erkundungen häufiger die Sauna im Haus angemacht. Auch das ein Highlight. Schließlich ist noch die sehr nette, schnelle und jederzeit hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorzuheben.

Top-Lage
Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Ferienhaus. Es müsste nur mal ein bisschen auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Die Fußleisten sind größtenteils locker, die Wände könnten einen Anstrich gebrauchen, die Klobrillen waren sehr locker und irgendjemand hat sich wohl mal mit zu viel Schwung auf das Sofa geworfen. Dies war so durchgebogen, dass wir etwas Angst hatten, uns darauf zu setzen. Aber die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Für eine Woche Sightseeingtour war sie für uns ideal. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn es auch gerne ein paar Teller und mehr Besteck sein dürfte. So lief der Geschirrspüler halt nach jedem Essen. Die Betten sind okay, die Badezimmer auch. Im Garten waren wir nicht.

Perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt
Das Ferienhaus punktet durch seine Lage. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Bei eigener Anreise mit dem PKW ist die Parksituation schwierig (entspanntes Ent- und Beladen geht leider anders). Das Parkhaus Erdberg (Franzosengraben 2) ist ca. 1,6 KM entfernt (zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten). Das Parkhaus ist mit 3,40 Euro Tagesgebühr sehr preiswert. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle Klaschkaweg oder die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Schlachthausgasse sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unproblematisch. Nett und freundlich und sehr unkompliziert.

schöner kurzer Urlaub im Frühjahr
Uns hat es in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen und wir haben nichts vermisst. Es liegt zentral und man hat gute Bus, Straßen- und U-Bahnanbindungen. Ein Park ist auch in der Nähe und man kann nach der Stadtbesichtigung, schön entspannen.

Sauberes Haus mit Sauna und genügend Platz für 6 Personen mitten im Grünen . Trotzdem super Anbindung an die Öffentlichen und damit ist man in kurzer Zeit im Herzen Wiens. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich sofort kümmert.

Perfektes Ferienhaus!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und im Haus hat es alles was man braucht, auch die sehr ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum Prater und dem Wald war perfekt! Zu empfehlen ist auch die fussläufig 15 Min. vom Haus entfernte Gastwirtschaft AMON's und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich nebenan im SPAR!
