Great spot!

We have a great stay at this property for four nights. Easy to get to many places in Vienna and good spots around the neighborhood. The host was great and very communicative!

Great Place

There were five adults and the property was very comfortable for all. Easy walk to the subway or there is a bus at your door step. Great time in Vienna and the house helped make it that way.

Vienna area garden home

Great location. Close to buses and subway. Quiet, safe garden house area. A few perks like coffee filters, salt, a few coffee pods would have helped for our few night stay. Host was helpful.

Lovely landing spot!

Very clean…quiet/safe…comfortable beds…well-appointed kitchen complete with bottle of chilled wine…cafes, food markets, underground/bus stops within 5-10 mins walking distance…we visited the Spanish Riding School for the Lippizan performance, several Christmas markets, Belvedere Palace, several classical music concerts…Volksopera(excellent orchestra)…Central Cemetery to view graves of Beethoven, Strausses, Brahms…lots of options for transportation…Bernd was a wonderful host, who was very responsive to pre-trip questions…we definitely recommend this property for a great vacation experience!

Fabulous!

Great location. Close to bus lines and the U. Very nice little park for our 7 and 4 year old to play in and a nice running path if running is your thing. Grocery stores and pharmacies are a short bus ride away. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The front patio was a bonus as it gave our a nice to play. Last but not least, Bernd was super. Answered all of our questions immediately and was there when we needed him. We will most definitely rent Bernd’s place again on our next visit to Vienna.

Der Gastgeber sorgte für einen sehr guten Aufenthalt . Sonderwünsche wurden direkt erfüllt. Das Reinigungsteam reinigte das Objekt sehr gründlich, dieses konnten wir beobachten, da wir auf das Taxi warten mussten. Die U-Bahn zur Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen, die Einkaufsmöglicjtem

Silvester in Wien

Wir haben für den Silvesteraufenthalt in Wien dieses Ferienhaus mit großer Erwartung ausgesucht. Leider wurden nicht alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Der Allgemeinzustand entsprach nicht einem erst 4 Jahre alten Hauses. Es wirkte etwas „abgewohnt“, z.B. fehlende bzw. kaputte Scheuerleisten, Flecke an den Wänden, die Außenjalousie im Wohnraum war defekt, in einem Bad war die Lüfterabdeckung mit Klebestreifen befestigt und hat nicht immer gehalten. Die Sauberkeit des Backofens ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Geschirrausstattung ist für 6 Personen etwas wenig und z.T. war Geschirr nicht sauber.Positiv ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel! Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt.

Weihnachtsmärkte in Wien

Haben eine Woche mit viel Freude auf Wiener-Weihnachtsmärkten verbracht und das Häuschen als Ausgangs- und Erholungsunterkunft genutzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Häuschen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu Fuß oder mit den Bus (A77 oder A80) zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt zu den Weihnachtsmärkten war über die beiden Buslinie und dann weiter mit der U3 auch problemlos erreichbar. Zum Prater konnte man dann direkt mit der A80 fahren. Also schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Einziges Manko ist ein leichter Reparaturstau, dieses sollte zeitnah behoben werden.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Wir waren zu fünft zwei Wochen hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es drei Minuten und der Bus fährt werktags alle 4 Minuten. Die Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar. Und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit den Öffis gut zu erreichen. Unser Auto haben wir im nächsten P+R Parkhaus untergestellt, bei dem man mit einer Wochenkarte der Wiener Linien sogar Rabatt bekommt. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ruhig, nur die Autobahn hört man leicht. Die "Kühlung" im Haus war bei der Sommerhitze deutlich spürbar und ein Segen! Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können es empfehlen.

Relaxed in Wien

Wir waren in einer heißen Sommerwoche mit 6 Erwachsenen in Wien und haben es genossen, uns nach Besichtigungen und Unternehmungen im Garten zu erholen. Der nahe Prater hat uns auch oft gelockt. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen und erlaubt auch Rückzug. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber war prima. Auf Fragen hat er umgehend reagiert und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist super. Die Busse fahren oft, die Haltestellen sind nah. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

Ideal für Familienurlaub mit Kind

Einen großen Dank an Bernd, der uns durch seine Freundlichkeit und sofortige Reaktionen unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gestaltet hat. Das Haus ist für einen Eltern-Großeltern-Enkelkind-Urlaub ideal. Die Zimmer haben direkten Zugang zum eigenen Bad, im Erdgeschoß ist eine Küche und ein großer Sitzbereich mit allem was man benötigt und die Sitzecke im Garten mit großem Sonnenschirm passt perfekt fürs gemütliche Familienfrühstück. Anbindung an die Öffis ist sehr gut, in direkter Nähe im Prater ist ein toller beschatterter Wasserspielplatz und ein heißer Tipp: Unbedingt ins "Tupi im Goatn" gehen!!! In der Gartenanlage auf der anderen Straßenseite. Toller Scharnigarten mit nettem Wirt und sehr gutem Essen. Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Familienurlaub. Lieber Bernd, danke für alles und ein liebes Ba Ba!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Entfernung zum Zentrum optimal, keine lange Wartezeit bei öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Unterkunft optimal, es war wirklich alles was man benötigt vorhanden, der Vermieter super nett und für jede Frage sofort erreichbar. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegene, sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien, die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist neu, sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Glücklicherweise sind wir - auch aufgrund der vorherigen Rezensionen- mit der Bahn angereist, so brauchten wir uns keine Gedanken um das Parken zu machen. Die U-Bahn Linie U3 ist ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt, und man ist in wenigen Stationen am Stephansdom. Das war großartig. Abends haben wir nach langen Erkundungen häufiger die Sauna im Haus angemacht. Auch das ein Highlight. Schließlich ist noch die sehr nette, schnelle und jederzeit hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorzuheben.

Top-Lage

Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Ferienhaus. Es müsste nur mal ein bisschen auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Die Fußleisten sind größtenteils locker, die Wände könnten einen Anstrich gebrauchen, die Klobrillen waren sehr locker und irgendjemand hat sich wohl mal mit zu viel Schwung auf das Sofa geworfen. Dies war so durchgebogen, dass wir etwas Angst hatten, uns darauf zu setzen. Aber die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Für eine Woche Sightseeingtour war sie für uns ideal. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn es auch gerne ein paar Teller und mehr Besteck sein dürfte. So lief der Geschirrspüler halt nach jedem Essen. Die Betten sind okay, die Badezimmer auch. Im Garten waren wir nicht.

Perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt

Das Ferienhaus punktet durch seine Lage. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Bei eigener Anreise mit dem PKW ist die Parksituation schwierig (entspanntes Ent- und Beladen geht leider anders). Das Parkhaus Erdberg (Franzosengraben 2) ist ca. 1,6 KM entfernt (zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten). Das Parkhaus ist mit 3,40 Euro Tagesgebühr sehr preiswert. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle Klaschkaweg oder die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Schlachthausgasse sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unproblematisch. Nett und freundlich und sehr unkompliziert.

schöner kurzer Urlaub im Frühjahr

Uns hat es in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen und wir haben nichts vermisst. Es liegt zentral und man hat gute Bus, Straßen- und U-Bahnanbindungen. Ein Park ist auch in der Nähe und man kann nach der Stadtbesichtigung, schön entspannen.

Städtetrip und Erholung

Sauberes Haus mit Sauna und genügend Platz für 6 Personen mitten im Grünen . Trotzdem super Anbindung an die Öffentlichen und damit ist man in kurzer Zeit im Herzen Wiens. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich sofort kümmert.

Perfektes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und im Haus hat es alles was man braucht, auch die sehr ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum Prater und dem Wald war perfekt! Zu empfehlen ist auch die fussläufig 15 Min. vom Haus entfernte Gastwirtschaft AMON's und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich nebenan im SPAR!

Perfekt für den Städtetrip - mit Sauna!

Alles da was man für einen gelungenen Städtetrip benötigt. Die abendliche Sauna nach den langen Tagen im schönen Wien haben wir sehr genossen. Zu Fuß 4 Minuten vom Objekt ist eine Bushaltestelle (Klaschkaweg77A, 80A), die in sehr enger Taktung angefahren wird und einen direkt zur UBahn (z.B. U3 Schlachthausgasse) bringt - das war echt spitze, sind mit Bahn angereist und haben alles mit den Öffis machen können. Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig, und absolut hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundlich-entgegenkommende und unterstützende Kontakt zum Vermieter!

Wunderschönes Wien

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage und trotzdem zentral. Wir hatten alles, was man braucht. Die Bushaltestelle war fast direkt vor der Tür und auch sonst alles top.
