Apartment with a terrace, views of Vienna, free parking, near Schönbrunn

Our newly renovated apartment building is located in a very popular residential neighborhood in western Vienna, with a sunny south-facing location. It features two modernly furnished vacation apartments, each accommodating 4 people, as well as a beautiful garden with a patio, patio furniture, and a grill.
The apartment with a terrace consists of two rooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace offering distant views or a lovely view of the greenery.
The quiet residential neighborhood, combined with excellent public transportation connections, makes the house a popular spot for sightseeing and relaxation in the big city. You can reach the city center (Opera House, Kärntner Straße, ...) by public transit in 25 minutes, and Schönbrunn in 12 minutes (bus stop 100 m from the house; buses run every 10 minutes to the subway). There’s also a bike path leading all the way to the city center. You can park for free and for as long as you like on the street in front of the house (parking permit). Shopping options and numerous restaurants are located within 400 meters.
Children of all ages are very welcome here! We’re happy to provide a crib and high chair free of charge.

Restaurants and shopping: In the immediate vicinity of the house, you’ll find various restaurants serving traditional Viennese cuisine, a pizzeria, a Japanese restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant. The popular Heurigen in Neustift am Walde and Grinzing are a 10- and 15-minute drive, respectively.
In addition, many restaurants offer delivery service right to your door (numerous menus are available in the apartments).

Sightseeing and Excursions: Near the house, you’ll find the Ernst Fuchs Museum, Laudon Castle, and the Mauerbach Charterhouse. Schönbrunn Palace, with its beautiful gardens and the zoo, is a 15-minute ride away by public transportation, and the sights in the city center can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes.
