Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel valued throughout our visit.

Breakfast was a good spread. The cable car was delightful. The wellness area is quite dark and the swimming pool not suitable for children. The cleaning was not great with dead flies on the windowsill, random piles of sheets left in the room and no clearing of teacups. Trams and metro are nearby and lots of shopping and food options. It was fine.

"The room was big and spacious. Staff was nice, gave us a discount for the restaurant, which was nice. Breakfast was just ok, bread was not fresh, more like yesterday's bread. Parking was in front of hotel, but it is a public parking, you pay at the machine a small fee since it is free at night."
