"Wonderful outdoor space, the best pool we have had in a property. Kitchen extremely well equipped and plenty of space in the property for 2 plus our dog. Not far from the village, although best done by car in the very hot weather we experienced, as the walk is very undulating. We really didn’t want to leave and nor did doggo!"

"Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce bastidon typique de la région, une situation idéale en pleine nature et à la fois proche du village. Une immense terrasse, une vue absolument exceptionnelle ! une très belle piscine au calme sans aucun vis à vis, tout çà ne peut que nous laisser qu'une impression positive et l'envie d'y revenir. "To start with some positives, the local area is stunning/the local village is lovely. The countryside views are breathtaking. The property itself is very tired/outdated and there were lots of issues that were not straight forward. For example, the Vrbo listing does not mention about having to pay extra for bed sheets / towels but the owner tried to get us to pay for this. We disagreed as it was not mentioned and he waived the linens charge and we bought our own towels. Thank god he did as the...

"We all loved the place very much, the house, the pool and all. A lot of nice places to sit, play a game, or just enjoy the moment. Table tennis, swing a rope... Very nice trees and nature. Close to the nice village of Cavalaire. Nice walk to the beach (beautiful, busy in summer). The only thing we missed a bit was airco in the downstairs bedroom (the weeks it was more than 30 degrees). We can’t wait to come back."

"We have just spent 6 nights at this lovely family run hotel. The hosts are unbelievably helpful to ensure your stay is perfect. They assisted us with tickets for the ferry to Ste Tropez and made a reservation there for a fabulous restaurant. They provided secure enclosed parking for €25 per day and even escorted me to the local optician for advice on an eye issue which was so helpful. The room had a kettle and fridge which were useful. The host even lent us a plug adapter and a clothes steamer was available if required too! We have stayed in Ste Maxime a dozen times before and stayed at almost every hotel in the area and I can honestly say that this one is one of the best. It has the kindest hosts and it also has a fab location which is a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. So do not hesitate to book this one if you are looking for a central location and value for money. "
