Reservei a do banheiro porém na chegada não havia estacionamento e o quarto que reservei nao era de banheiro privativo. Não lembro o nome, mas quem me atendeu foi rude, nem se importou e não fez questão de verificar algo para corrigir o erro do anúncio, desculpas ou qq coisa (ele é gordinho baixinho de óculos). Dirigi 18hs de Buenos para Bariloche e paguei mais caro por causa do banheiro. A atendente...

"Muy buena onda de toda la gente y el staff del lugar, sobre todo Fran que está siempre dispuesto a ayudar con todo para hacer mejor la estadía. El desayuno también muy bueno, con pan casero y dulces también. Volvería a ir!"

We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend."
