"Very nice, clean and efficient hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful views. We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend."

"We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well. "

"My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel"

"The property is very new, but we believe that they are falling behind on maintenance and cleaning. My wife noted that the floors were dirty, something that had to be pointed out to me. The breakfast is a bread basket with instant coffee that doesn’t arrive until after 8:30am (earliest). We chose the location BC breakfast was included. Looking back we would have done better by bringing a loaf of brand Nescafe. That way we could have been out hiking by 7 or 8 am instead of 9 or 10 am. Leaving...

"Easy walk to gondola a bit far to 6pax lifts. Great view of the mountain. Consistently good food for breakfast and dinner. This is a great option for a proterty with a kitchen but there are less expensive options available. We found the restaurants, both here and other’s in the village, to be very reasonably priced so we did not utilize the kitchen at all. There is a convenient store very close but with a limited selection of food. Otherwise a trip in to Bariloche he would be required for...

"The staff was great the rooms were nice the only drawback was the lack of air conditioning and with the extended noise at night there was a fine balance of being cool enough and missing the noise. "

"Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains. Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors. No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?) Highly recommend overall. "
