"Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again."

"Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend."

"I picked this place because it was in the zone of totality and I could watch the eclipse from the comfort of a hot tub instead of having to fight through traffic. Clouds unfortunately completely blocked the view but still had a great time. "WOW! The pictures do not do this property justice- it really is so beautiful. I stayed with a group of 15 for my friend's Bachelorette celebration and this house had enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities to make the weekend spectacular. "The house is huge to accommodate ten of us, yet there was a feeling of coziness in the large space. Communication was very quick and the host accommodated our requests to the extent possible. The location is ideal in terms of the situation of the house which has an awesome lake view, and in terms of its proximity to points of interest. We all had a lovely time."
