Pool was not working , poor staff, none vending machines, do not serve food or drink after 3pm and none food at all from monday through thursday, staff were not able to help with information about taxis or transportation around since the place was super far from the center of the city.

The location, beautiful room, great adjacent dining, and directly on the beach. For the rate…UNBELIEVABLE!! Only negative was no parking anywhere near the hotel; have to plan how to get bags to the room or hump them up and down the mountain. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius. Found the cabin a little small but was out most of the time. The shuttle bus was a godsend. Staff very friendly. Pool looked great but didn’t use it. Lots to see and do. Pompeii and Capri were fab.
