室内プールもスパもあり満足。
清潔で素敵なホテルでした。何もかも最新ということはないですが、安定した感じで。朝ごはんが２５ユーロなので、クロワッサンとフルーツジュース・コーヒーしか朝は食べない家族のため、近所のカフェに行くことに。満足です。テラスが部屋についていて、そこで食べてもと思いましたが、朝日が眩しすぎました。チェックインの後、プールで泳ぎましたが、遅すぎたのかスパは閉まっていました。３０分前には別館の大きなスパもクローズなのか、不明です。バスタブも大きくシャワーも別にあるお部屋でした。

湯治ホテル
初めてのスパを満喫できました。川沿いのジョギングも気持ちよかったです。他方、ホテルのサイトに「スパ・サウナ・ハマムのみ利用は１０ユーロ」といったわかりやすい記述があればもっとよかったです。イースターだったのでチョコレートのプレゼントもあって素敵でした。

Das Hotel ist weter zu empfehlen und besonders das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider wird zur Zeit das Schwimmbad repariert.

Musique à fond dans le bar jusqu’à tard- du coup chambre 117 à proscrire pour les enfants. Je m’attendais à mieux d’un hotel de ce standing. Vraiment déçue.

Excellent
Établissement très propre, chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable, sdb bien aménagée et bien éclairée. L'équipe est très accueillante et sympathique. Le restaurant est très qualitatif, le bar agréable. Seul petit reproche, l'accès à la salle de sport à 30 euros pour une soirée, qui plus est hors saison, c'est un peu excessif. Mis à part cela, un établissement où je retournerai pour le travail.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel qui est très agréable Malheureusement, nous avons oublié une multiprise dans la chambre Après quatre appels sur une messagerie automatique !! deux personnes qui enfin nous disent : Je vous passe la personne suivante. plus personne ne répond ensuite. La ligne se coupe automatiquement. Il faut rappeler le standard automatique, refaire le 3 puis refaire encore le 3 et vous attendez encore 10 minutes .. Donc nous en sommes encore au point mort pour récupérer notre matériel oublié Service catastrophique

It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous. We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman. The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Wonderful park right in front of the hotel and along the river and great for walking our little dog. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. The spa experience was good. But the pool on the 7th floor was in bad condition. Dozens of loose little tiles and dirt at the bottom. But, all in all, we would stay again.

Hôtel très bien situé, de très bon standing avec un spa intégré. Seul bémol, chauffage excessif dans la chambre obligeant à laisser la fenêtre ouverte durant la nuit. Pas développement durable.

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. La ventilation est trop froide au lounge ce qui ne donne pas envie de consommer. Lorsqu on a une chambre côté parc au 1er Etage il faudrait trouver un système pour que l on entende pas les évacuations des toilettes des chambres des étages supérieures. Sinon personnel très agréable et hôtel très bien situé.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel - breakfast was superb, service was sterling (especially reception staff), rooms were large and luxury. Spa is small but boasts selection of saunas (dry, non-dry, hammam) and medium mineral hydromassage pool. It also has selection of herbal cold teas and mineral water. The only this is that a few showers didn’t work properly - this needs to be addressed. The hotel is located opposite the Vichy water sources so you can visit drinking taps in the morning and choose one of the 5 taps of local mineral water to drink. Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for this wonderful time.
