"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Apchat dans la maison familiale de Corentin. Nous avions réservé cette maison pour passer quelques jours entre amis, et faire découvrir un morceau d'auvergne. La maison est très bien équipée, la terrasse ensoleillée nous a permis de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur et de la fin de l'été (nous avons même vu un certain nombre d'étoiles filantes !). "Accueil parfait de la part des receptionnistes présents sur place. L'agence sancy immobilier a débloqué pour moi les clefs avant l'heure prévue. La personne de cette agence a été vraiment parfaite. L'appartement était très propre, d'autant qu'il acceptait les chiens. Très grande terrasse en beton peint. 2 belles chambres à l'étage. 2 salles de bain. Centre de super besse en 10 minutes à pied. Randonnées au départ de l'immeuble. Très calme malgré le nombre d'appartements. Vraiment séjour...

"La maison est très grande mais il manque de la vaisselle pour le nombre de personnes prévu dans la location. En plus certaines assiettes étaient ébréchées.Souci avec la cafetière, le chauffage : radiateurs qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit malgré une purge et il faisait trop chaud dans la maison problème de réglage du chauffage. Bouilloire à lacher en cours de séjour. Plancher qui couine. Il y a des améliorations à apporter. Maison dans son jus des années 70. Par contre bonne literie. "
