Just 100 m from the beach, in the heart of the new ‘Le Saint-Louis’ residence, this superb 68 m² T3 garden apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers all the comforts you need for a successful stay, with family or friends.
The flat has a spacious, light-filled living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, a convivial dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with ease.
At night, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (160x200 cm), offering comfortable sleeping areas. A ‘RAPIDO’ sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements, making it easy to accommodate extra guests.
For added convenience, the accommodation has separate WCs and a washing machine.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private 300 m² garden and a west-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals al fresco. An electric barbecue is also available for convivial evenings with friends or family.

The flat has a large garden where you can park your car. A second private parking space is also adjacent to the property.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
