"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "

"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"I would not stay here if I rebooked this vacation. Negative: The apartment was clean enough but didn’t feel professionally cleaned. The finishes in the unit were low quality. The bells from a nearby church were very loud in the main bedroom. My biggest negative was the security. Our door didn’t have a normal lock. "This place was such a beautiful spot, with the staff meeting us directly at our taxi with the sweetest smile! She showed us our place, the restaurant right down the road and where breakfast was which was light and perfect.
