"Esse hotel é um achado no centro de Nova Friburgo. Excelente localização. Estacionamento gratuito com carregador elétrico! Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados. Percebe-se claramente um esforço da gestão em garantir um alto padrão e excelência no atendimento. No check-in fomos recepcionados pelo João, que é fora de série. Já viajamos o mundo inteiro e afirmo que é pouco provável enco trar melhor atendimento. No check-out a Cynthia também foi muito solícita e gentil. No café da manhã o nível de atendimento se manteve excelente, e os itens oferecidos estavam muito acima da média, especialmente os pratos quentes (omeletes, tapiocas, misto quente, etc.).
