"We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. Dinner was better. It was a very convenient spot to stay on our route. And the onsite restaurant was convenient too, no hunting for a place to eat. It was very clean! But no elevator to make lugging luggage easy."

"We travelled with two other friends and this property was perfect. Great location within St Vincent and the Irish Loop, great views of the ocean, a nice large deck, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and gorgeous linens with very comfy beds. Communication with our hosts was very good. Other than missing having a barbecue we had a great stay."

"I was in Placentia for work and stayed at Castle Landing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly stay there again the next time I'm in the area."

"The room was the perfect size and location for a couple's getaway. The bed was luscious, the view was beautiful, and the hot tub and sauna were a perfect addition to an already relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was a delight to book with, and I would recommend this location to anyone interested in a stunning, out-of-town, Newfoundland experience."

We would recommend clearer directions to the property and better signage on the building but, having said that, the host was very patient and guided us to the correct spot via telephone when we requested assistance. The property was clean and the owners had equipped the cottage with everything we needed, and then some."
