The lake is spectacular, the pool is gorgeous and, while the rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, the views more than make up for it. The breakfast is fantastic too! 「Hotel con appartamenti in una zona molto periferica in espansione, accanto a cantieri e capannoni, ma comunque abbastanza servita (Lidl, rifornimento di benzina, farmacia). Il parcheggio è libero ed è adiacente all'ingresso. Non c'è personale, e per il check in inviano i codici su whatsapp, quindi è necessaria la connessione internet. L'appartamento è ampio pulitissimo e nuovissimo, fornito di stoviglie ed anche di sapone per i piatti, spugna, cialde di caffè e zucchero. Ci siamo trovati molto...

「Recepcionista muito simpatica. Ótima localização para quem quer passar pela fronteira e voltar sem gastar na hospedagem em Lugano. Não tinha ar condicionado, só ventilador. E as opções de cafe da manha nao eram suficiente e nao está incluído na hospedagem. Tambem nao ficamos satisfeitos com o restaurante do hotel. Mto caro e nao era tao bom, sem falar que nao havia opções do cardapio, como pizza e menu infantil. Gostamos de ter banheira no quarto. A vista tb é linda.」

「We loved our stay at Hotel Muralto and highly recommend it. The property is conveniently located near public transportation (a bus stop right out the door and train station a 5 minute walk). It's a 10 minute walk to old town Locarno, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is well maintained, the room was spotless and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
