Great hotel - clean, comfortable and perfectly located! Love being able to walk to a big mall, SM, for affordable and good meals instead of buffet breakfast everyday. Enjoyed our 4 day stay so much.

The hotel needs to invest in cockroach bait so I need not kill the small ones. Hot water was available after request. Couch was hard, bed was good, tv is large, aircon was strong, and breakfast was good. Nice stay for Butuan and inexpensive. Great all you can eat on the corner.
