"My stay was very pleasant overall. The check-in and check-out processes were both smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making arrivals and departures very easy. One of the biggest advantages is the complimentary airport shuttle service, which was reliable, punctual, and incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a hotel with quick and easy access to the airport, this is an excellent choice. The only drawback is its distance from Brussels' main train stations, including Bruxelles-Central, Bruxelles-Nord, and Bruxelles-Midi. Travelers planning to spend most of their time exploring the city center may find the commute less convenient, but for airport access, the location is ideal."

"I took the shuttle from BRU airport to the hotel, but shuttle pick-up location was a bit difficult to find at the airport due to construction. I tried to call hotel reception for instruction but couldn't get through on the phone until the 3rd try. The hotel room was clean; the welcome drink and the apple basket were a nice touch. In-room toiletries were well supplied. The minifridge was empty, likely given the type of customers that come through. The shuttle/taxi back to the airport was pre-booked, but it was confusing as many travellers were all leaving at the same time, in different taxis. As a single traveller, it wasn't clear which taxi I should join. It all worked out in the end."

"AC was not working in the first assigned room. Although it took us a bit of time waiting in between rooms, yet staff was very helpful working hard to switch for another room for us. Overall are relatively clean and comfortable, but the floor in the room is dirty."
