Wir waren in diesem Jahr nach unserem Motorrad Urlaub im April, als wir das Maison des Etoiles eher zufällig entdeckt haben , zum zweiten Mal bei Hughues und Michael zu Gast . Es war wie ein nach Hause kommen . Die Beiden sind die besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann . Hughues überraschte uns bei der Ankunft mit einem Zimmer Upgrade….. es folgte ein Abendessen von Michael gezaubert und dann noch weitere drei wunderbare Tage . Hughues hat immer tolle Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und ist ein Meister im herstellen von leckeren Cocktails. Wir bedanken uns für drei wunderbare Tage und werden das Maison des Etoiles ganz sicher wieder besuchen . 👍♥️👍liebe Grüße Gabi und Jürgen

Auf unserer Motorradreise in den Süden Frankreichs habe wir durch Zufall das La Maison des Etoiles gefunden. Für zwei Nächte gebucht und weil es so schön war noch eine Nacht verlängert. Wie soll man es besser beschreiben, als Fremder gekommen als Freund gefahren. Wir hatten das Glück zwei Abende mit Hugues und Michael allein zu verbringen und haben viel über sie und das Haus erfahren. Die Beiden geben dem wundervollen Ambiente etwas ganz besonderes . Ein vier Gänge Menü welches höchsten Ansprüchen genügt, das man gemeinsam mit den anderen Gästen einnimmt und zu guten Gesprächen führt. Die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend, da Michael alles frisch auf dem Markt in Millau einkauft, oder vieles selber macht, wie den Honig und viele Marmeladen und Kräuter die es zum Frühstück gibt. In allem was die Beiden machen merkt man die Liebe zum Beruf, zum Gast und zum Detail. Wir würden gerne mehr als fünf Sterne vergeben. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr individuell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Plateau Berge vom Frühstücksraum oder vom Garten oder vom Pool. Wir möchten uns bei Hugues und Michael für diese drei Tage, die in unserem Herzen einen besonderen Platz finden bedanken und wir hoffen sehr, dass wir uns im La Maison des Etoiles oder woanders wieder sehen werden. Des hôtes charmants et conviviaux dans une maison tout aussi charmante et conviviale , décoré avec énormément de goût, alliant les vielles pierres à l’élégance du rustique . Une playlist créée par les clients qui animeront vos soirées et petits déjeuner … nous y avons passé un très bon moment à tout point de vue
