About this property
DOMUS ARTIS
- The apartment, furnished in a simple, elegant, and functional style, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Located on a quiet street, the historic center is easily accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by public transportation. Two BICYCLES are available free of charge upon request.
Guests sleep in a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) with an orthopedic mattress. A supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and a post office are located right next door. Outdoor parking is free, and a lockable garage is available for motorcycles and bicycles.
I personally welcome guests to hand over the keys and will be happy to help make their stay as pleasant as possible. If you have any special needs, we can work together to find the most convenient solution, including a keybox.
I hope to welcome guests who are respectful of the space, attentive to detail, and considerate of other people's belongings.
According to Italian law, you must show your passport or identity card upon arrival.
