Ideal place for exploring Verona

Great location for a first-time stay in Verona. A short walk from the Arena and the city’s main attractions and only a 15-minute walk to the train station - yet the hotel was quietly hidden away down a side street. The reception staff could not have been more helpful.

Boa localização, limpo e com um bom café da manhã

Localização excelente, próximo à arena de Verona. Muito limpo e organizado. Não possui estacionamento, mas dá pra deixa o carro em um estacionamento próximo. Nosso chuveiro estava com problemas, mas o restante foi tudo perfeito.

Posto molto bello, ristrutturato da poco, pulito e ordinato. Camera molto carina, ben tenuta. Il bagno eccellente. Hotel it self is fine, in a good walkable location to everything. We did experience an attitude from a few employees and also even though on here it says the items in mini fridge are free, that’s not true. We took items thinking is it free as it is listed in the property details but at the end we had to pay for these items. Not even a water was free.

観光に便利！

駅からは少し歩きますが、観光するには便利な場所にあります。ホテルも清潔ですし、お値段以上だと思いました。 ただ、朝食がルームサービスとなっていて、夜11時過ぎにフロントに電話してメニューや時間帯を伝えなければなりません。英語が得意ではないので、メニューがない中注文するのはハードルが高かったです。ただ、スタッフの方はわかりやすい英語で対応してくださいます。

Customer is Always Wrong at this Hotel

I was part of a group of 4 male friends staying over in Verona for one evening. We booked 2 x Twins but when we checked in, we had been given 2 x Doubles instead which was unacceptable. On returning to reception & showing the receptionist my booking stating 2 x twin rooms, she insisted it was an Expedia problem & I was told there was nothing they could do as the cleaning staff had finished at 2PM!! She didn't even try to solve the problem. After 5-10 mins of arguing & telling her that I would cancel the bookings, she finally got on phone to a manager. It was agreed that the beds would be changed but not until after 8PM in the evening. I was hoping that was the end of the matter but upon returning late from evening meal. I was dismayed that the rooms hadn't been changed to twins. There were just 2 x single duvet covers (& no duvets). I complained again at reception and was told there was nothing they could do & I should complain to Expedia. In disgust, we went back to rooms & managed to re-arrange the furniture & separate the beds/mattresses somewhat. However, we ended up sleeping on loose sheets & empty single duvet covers - most uncomfortable. The whole point of customer service is to try and solve customer problems and not just repeatedly argue it's not their fault. The two rooms cost €400+ and it's the worst customer experience I have ever had. The one redeeming point was the morning receptionist who basically apologised for the whole sorry affair, but the damage was done

I accidentally booked this hotel two times over and only realised when i got there, my error. Whilst the hotel could not refund me (they would not be able to reuse the room at such short notice), they added some extras to soften the blow. Late check out, breakfast in bed and a discount from the quite wonderful Spa (which i highly recommend). Staff were friends, rooms beautiful and the complex spotless. Only a short stroll from the Arena and 15 minutes walk from the train station, i could not be happier with the location. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le personnel est tres à l'écoute et délicat. Nous avons juste eu du mal a trouver la réception, étant donné qu'elle n'était pas au même endroit que l'hôtel.
