Location makes you forget problems.

Location, location, location! Can't be much better. But...floor tiles were loose in the room, bathroom door knob kept falling off, and the sink stated leaking on the floor. Still...LOCATION makes this place really good if one isn't too picky.

This property was very clean and quiet, all the basics provided. The television in room five had a blue hue to it and I had trouble off and on with the internet, but that could have been my lack of expertise. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, but only there for a couple of hours in the morning while I was staying. The location is good, central and very close to the arena, in case you are an opera fan. Just across the street there is a bar where you can get breakfast. I would stay again if I return to Verona.

Fantastic location if you are going to the opera or if you want to be right in the city centre. It’s. 3-4 minute walk from Verona Arena and you can easily walk to Juliet’s Balcony, the main Piazzas and lots of restaurants/cafes. The check in was super easy and communicated clearly. Everything is self-service, with fast WhatsApp support if needed. If you are a solo female traveler, it’s fairly safe and the area is safe to walk at night and quiet. I was unsure about sharing the apartment with strangers but it was absolutely okay and nobody disturbed each other. You can hear the keys turning and doors closing etc but that’s normal for a flatshare. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I had the single room and it was basic, but it did the job and matched what I paid which was very low compared to the other options in Verona. The only negative for me is security. The single room opens up to a balcony which can be accessed from the main entrance and there is only a shutter and not a particularly secure door. There was also a lot of loud noise from some kind of machine on the balcony and the water pipes. I also think the place could do with a revamp as it’s very old-fashioned. However, there was AC, Wi-Fi, a TV, towels, and a clean bed. I slept well and had no issues. Overall, I would recommend it!

Best location

Perfect location (only 3mins away from Juliet’s house and the main piazza) but a little difficult to find initially as it is in an apartment block

Pros: Safe entry, working AC, and the location is great. Cons: The room really needed an upgrade and was dirty. The tiles on the floor were loose so they would move around/stick to our feet every time we walked around and we’d have to re-lay them. As for the bathroom, there was an old loofah (not ours) and a used bar of soap (not ours either) in the shower, which shows it hadn’t been cleaned properly before we checked in. The sink also leaked onto the floor every time we used it and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. Lastly, the wifi wasn’t great either.

It was a very basic room, not good value for the price, We had beds that looked like camp beds, squeaky and soft, the bathroom was poor as the shower was small and winder frame was all broken with paint off it, there was no change of towels in two days, no one there all day Sunday to get any, only plus side was the location

When I booked, I had no idea I was renting a room in an apartment in a building! I would expect that from a service like AirBnB but not Expedia. At least this was my personal expectation. I was a bit surprised when I got a call from the property saying that we don’t have a reception and that is not a hotel. Sharing a bathroom was also not an option that I would go for, and that was the second surprise that we need to share the bathroom with other guests. Luckily, there was no one in the adjacent room.

They lie in the description - please read!!

The room was in poor condition. The handle to the bathroom "door" (I use that loosely because it was an accordion door that didn't fully close) was broken and kept falling off. The wood floor was missing a tile or two, creating a very unpleasant hole to step on. They lied about "maid service available on request" because there was never anyone on staff to request it from...just an empty desk. They lied about checkin hours because again, there's no staff, so the email about staff being there until 5:00 p.m. was a lie as well. We had to call management to get toilet paper (took plenty of rolls because it was possible they would never return). Basically, no service, disrepair. The only plus was location, but one shouldn't come at the cost of everything else.

Cucarachas en la habitación y cero asistencia Cockroaches in the room and no assistance Scarafaggi in camera e nessun aiuto Experiencia pésima. La habitación estaba llena de cucarachas — una en el escritorio y otra dentro del armario. A las 2 a.m. no había nadie disponible para ayudar, ya que el alojamiento funciona con self check-in. Pasé la noche sin dormir, con las luces encendidas, y sin ninguna solución por parte del anfitrión. Inaceptable para el precio que cobran y para un alojamiento que pretende tener cierto nivel. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Terrible experience. The room was full of cockroaches — one under the desk and another inside the wardrobe. At 2 a.m. there was no staff available to assist, since the property only offers self check-in. I couldn’t sleep all night and received no help or response from the host. Completely unacceptable for the price and the supposed standard of the accommodation. I would never recommend this place. Esperienza pessima. La stanza era piena di scarafaggi — uno sotto la scrivania e un altro dentro l’armadio. Alle 2 di notte non c’era nessuno disponibile per aiutarmi, perché la struttura funziona solo con self check-in. Non ho dormito tutta la notte e non ho ricevuto alcuna assistenza dall’host. Assolutamente inaccettabile per il prezzo richiesto e per il livello che la struttura pretende di avere. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto.

A localização é excelente, fica super perto da arena e da casa de Julieta. O preço é muito bom tendo em vista a localização. Pegamos o quarto com banheiro privado, foi ótimo, só alguns detalhes que se compensam devido a localização e atendimento do local.

Per chi cerca un appoggio e vuole solo dormire è ideale. Check in e check out molto veloci. La temperatura della casa ideale, il condizionatore che c'è fuori dalla stanza 6 fa rumore e rovina un po la qualità del sonno ma se si spegne si risolve il problema. I bagni sono molto puliti, tuttavia avrei aprezzato la presenza del disinfettante, per chi ne avesse necessità consiglio di portarlo da casa. Io mi sono trovato molto bene, sicuramente ritornerei nella struttura in occasioni future.
