    Welcome to the cozy town of Vero Beach! Pristine beaches, various nature/ wildlife to explore, boutique shopping, and diverse cuisine await you. Florida's top attractions just a short drive away! This 3 bed/ 2 bath renovated home has been thoughtfully designed so you can settle in and relax right away! Stay for a week, a month, or a season- this inviting retreat is ready to enjoy!
    *Please Note* - Additional fee's may apply when applicable. (Cleaning fee, pets, pool heat, etc.)
    Heating charges may apply for heating the pool/spa over the winter months.

    2 Living spaces (1 with fold out Q/Bed)
    Spacious kitchen with all supplies.
    Primary Bedroom: King size bed with Pack N Play in closet.
    Bedroom2: King size bed.
    Den/Bedroom 3: 1 single bed pull out and 1 queen murphy bed pull out. (Both can be used at the same time if needed.)
    "Florida Room": Secondary living space and a queen pull out bed.
    2 bathrooms, 1 shower only & 1 shower/tub combo. both are equipped with shower necessities, hair dryer and linens.
    Screened-In pool enclosure features a flat top grill, multiple lounge areas, large dining table and in-table firepit.
    Outdoor recreational items provided in the garage: 4 bicycles, beach equipment and lawn games.
