This is a true five-star hotel with rich character, elegant design, and outstanding service that fully lives up to its rating. The historic charm and professional staff made our stay feel luxurious and memorable. However, one major issue affected our experience. Many of the rooms at the back of the hotel face a large open-air sports complex, which operates from around 8 AM until 11 PM daily. The constant noise—kids yelling, coaches shouting, and loud music—can be overwhelming, especially when it’s happening just 20 feet from your window or patio. Waking up to that in a luxury hotel really takes away from the serenity and privacy you expect at this level. While rooms overlooking the golf course may offer a more peaceful stay, nearly half the rooms face the opposite direction and are directly exposed to the noise. This is something guests should know in advance when booking. We would love to return to this beautiful hotel, but only if we could guarantee a room on the quieter side. The location and quality are otherwise fantastic, but for us, the constant disruption was a deal-breaker.

The hotel was wonderful! I went with my daughter and sister, the have breakfast at the restaurant and also room service, everything was walkable, beautiful restaurants around, super friendly staff, I love everything, I definitely recommend.

This place was lovely! It was especially nice as we were exhausted from trekking and hanging around Cusco so the comforts here were greatly appreciated. The decor was lovely and the bed was comfy. They had filtered water jugs in the halls and some in the bathroom for teeth brushing. Mi espańol es muy malo y the staff hablaba ingles muy bueno. The staff were extremely friendly as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excelente hotel y servicio. Las habitaciones muy limpias y agradables. Al principio estuvimos un pequeño inconveniente pero inmediatamente lo solucionaron y nos brindaron un servicio de primera. Definitivamente los recomiendo 100%
