Our house was completely remodeled and we’re excited to share it with our guests! It’s located in the quiet suburbs of Venice, with just minutes to Sharky’s on the Pier, Venice beach, and many other beaches nearby!

Enjoy the gorgeous pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a private backyard, all fenced in!

Our newly renovated kitchen makes meal preparation easy if should you decide to dine in. The rooms are all flooded with light and are decorated in warm, neutral tones. Plenty of seating in living room, Smart TV with free YouTube Tv stream app including live channels, movies, shows, sport, news, and plenty of seating!

Your in-house amenities are taken care of! From the bed linen to beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, it’s all at the tip of your fingers!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool, gas grill, fenced backyard & patio, beach chairs, umbrellas & toys inside the garage. Our patio is completely screen covered, ensuring that small animals and insects won’t come in, inviting you to sit, eat, grill, swim, and relax together, or even on your own!

The pool is 13x32 ft. with a shallow area where you can relax or be a place for small children (only under adult supervision).
Heated pool is optional at additional cost of $20/day.

INDOOR LIVING: Cozy contemporary décor & living, 3 Smart TV’s, walk-in showers, & large closets

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, bar top seating.

GENERAL: Fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens/towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, & toys.
All parts of the home will be accessible to guests. We do have 2 locked closets in the house that the cleaners have access to as well as 2 locked cabinets in the garage.

NO PETS: No pets are allowed with guests. This does not mean this is an animal /allergen free home and due to ADA rules we do accept service animals. Bringing a pet with you will result in the immediate cancelation of your stay with no refunds and a $350 fine.

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking/vaping. $350 fine for evidence of smoking.

SECURITY INFORMATION: The property features outdoor security cameras that do not look into any interior spaces and are turned off while guests are in residence.

PEST CONTROL: We use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent pests.
