Absolutely excellent! The host was helpful, meet us at the apartment to show us around, was easy to communicate with. The unit was wonderful, comfortable beds, stylish bathrooms and great views from the windows. In addition the location was wonderfull easy location for water taxi drop off and only 8 min walk to Doge Palace

Nice apartment in the location with unfortunate experience

Nice apartment in a good location with a horrible experience. Upon arrival, there was no water pressure, and therefore the showers wouldn’t work, and the toilets would not flush. They tried to fix the problem while we were there unsuccessfully. We were unable to find a different booking for our large group as tour season is in full swing. We therefore had to use toilets in the local restaurants instead of the apartment and ended up showering using bottles of water from the store. This made for a horrible vacation experience. The 30% refund offered was paid, but was clearly unreasonable, considering the fact that they could not have rented the unit with no water pressure for showering or toilet usage. Hopefully, they will fix the problem for the next guest. Venice itself is a beautiful place and quite magical

Great location

The uniqueness of the property was interesting. The property was huge and the rooms were spacious. There was a library with books and artwork that gave it some class. I would say there could be some sprucing up of the the furniture and cabinets but again then the charm would not be there. One last thing. We used the washer and dryer on the site and our clothes had a bit of a strange Odor afterwards. But, our family enjoyed the stay especially with the property being so close to everything. Also, the restaurants surrounding the property were charming.

Great location

The location is perfect. A few things missing (for such an expensive listing.) Not a single extra blanket in the whole place. My family had to cover themselves with bath towels at night. When I mentioned this to the property manager, they said I should buy some myself. For 1400 euros a night, they can afford a few extra blankets to keep their customers satisfied.

Very large apartment in an amazing spot

Beautiful apartment very well situated in the city. With its 3 bedrooms and 4 toilets/washrooms, this apartment was very well suited for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Check-in service was fantastic and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment, great views, and centrally located.

There was a lot of confusion with the check-in, and a misunderstanding about a terrace. There isn't one. However it is a beautiful luxury apartment, with an incredible view. The host was very receptive and helpful. Being Americans, we found the European washer challenging. . Once contacted she responded promptly. Perhaps instruction for the washer and dryer should be in the manual. That being said we found our experience completely enjoyable, and would stay there again.

2 days in Venice

Large apartment; great views; much older than we expected; air conditioning unit shut off multiple times; really hot in apartment. no wi-fi as promised. Property management contact was great and available after hours.
