The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. 」

「Als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht ist. Wir bekamen deshalb nicht die gebuchte Suite sondern ein Appartement für eine Nacht und danach ein Zimmer im Hotel Cristina. Am nächsten Tag sind wir um 11 Uhr zum anderen Hotel, dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer erst um 13 Uhr fertig wäre.
