"My daughter and I stayed at the Aquila Atlantis Hotel during our visit to Heraklion. While it didn't have the unique character and intimate atmosphere of some of the boutique hotels we stayed at elsewhere in Greece, it was still a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The hotel's biggest strengths are its location and amenities. It was easy to walk to many of Heraklion's attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront, making it a good base for exploring the city. The property is modern, well-maintained, and offers the services and facilities you would expect from a larger hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our needs. The staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. For travelers looking for a full-service hotel in a central location, Aquila Atlantis is a solid choice. It may not offer the charm, history, or personalized feel of a boutique property, but it delivers what it promises: a comfortable stay, good service, and a convenient location for exploring Heraklion. "The resort was really nice. Great food and amazing staff! However, though it was an all-inclusive resort, it did not make any sense at all why you had to purchase drinks after 11 PM, that includes soft drinks and liquor. Not sure why there is a time limit when it's an all-inclusive resort. "
