「Très déçus de notre séjour, en raison du manque de souplesse, d'écoute et surtout de sens de l'accueil. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet. Malheureusement, aucune alternative n'a été proposée, pas même la mise à disposition temporaire d'une pièce...

「De kamer was met veel trappen te bereiken op en af . Niet handig met koffer. Lift bleek defect te zijn , maar kregen geen hulp aangeboden voor de koffer(s). Ontbijt was ok om de dag te starten. Nette en comfortabele kamer. Parkeren ondergronds onder het plein. Veel op wandelafstand. Hadden slechts 1 nacht op weg naar Spanje」

「The description should have mentioned it was an upstairs room. The stairs were difficult for me, but a staff member did help with my luggage. I put some things in the community refrigerator and 2 beers were gone the next day when I went to retrieve them」

「Ive never left a bad review but after not sleeping and finding bugs in our bed I had to. We had a dead bug in the bed upon check in, no buggy I moved it out. Main issue, their staff Nathalie placed us in a suite right under a refrigerator truck for their restaurant and their staff kept on talking and making lots of noise till midnight. I had book a suite and was shocked of all the noise. I finally fell asleep at midnight trying to tolerate the the situation but then at 5am massive trucks and...
